Welcome to the Salt City BBQ Festival Cook-off. Here you’ll see the prize structure, schedule of events and the application to compete or be a judge. Schedule:
Move-in begins on Friday. Our event is at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY. Teams may begin arriving any time after noon on Friday. Meat Inspections will begin at Noon on Friday. There is a mandatory cooks meeting at 7 pm on Friday evening in the judges building.
10:30 am Judges Meeting
12:00 pm Meat Competitions begin
5:00 pm Awards ceremony on the stage
